Hey there Pretty Birds,

We’re back from New York Fashion Week, where we’ve had a fabulous time and lots of comfort food to fight the cold… If you are not stuck in the Big Apple after yesterday’s snowstorm and are making your way to London for another exciting fashion week, here are our favorite yummy addresses in town for you. Let us know which ones you love the most. Enjoy!

Aubaine, 260-262 Brompton Road, Chelsea – our all time favorite hangout in London. We love the Aubaine basket and eggs benedict for breakfast and their super fresh and healthy salads (try the Quinoa one) for lunch.

Akari, 196 Essex Road, Islington – a real tast of Japan in Islington. Japanese dishes and drinks!

Joe’s Café at Joseph, 126 Draycott Avenue, Chelsea – Joe’s homemade burger with hand cut chips is a must.

Jak’s Café, Walton Street, Chelsea – the aubergine parmigiana is amazing as well as the roasted potatoes with fresh garlic and rosemary, served warm with crushed sea salt.

Baker and Spice, 47 Denyer Street, Chelsea – a real food heaven. Everything is just so yummy, from the grilled fillet of organic Scottish Salmon, the caramelized root vegetables and the Croque Monsieur.

E&O, 14 Blenheim Crescent, Notting Hill – fusion food, great dim sums and a very cool crowd.

Dirty Bones, 20 Kensington Church Street – the best hot dogs in town.

Lucky 7 burgers, 127 Westbourne Park Road, Westbourne Grove – try the Kalifornia Burger and the Huevos Ranchero.

Byron Hamburgers, 300 King’s Road, Chelsea – Have the house burger, the Byron, which is fantastic, or try the veggie burger. We also like the Macaroni and cheese…. yum! … and make sure you order the crunchy Tortilla chips, while you wait.

Pizza East, 56 Shoreditch Highstreet, East London – pizza straight from the oven. Our favorites: aubergine, smoked mozzarella and tomato pizza and the spicy sausage, mozzarella and tenderstem broccoli pizza, and the San Daniele croquettes (for starter).

Hummingbird Bakery, 47 Old Brompton Road, South Kensington – the cutest and most delicious cupcakes in the city. The Red Velvet cupcake is their speciality (deep red vanilla cake, a hint of chocolate and cream cheese frosting).

Ottolenghi, 13 Motcomb Street, Belgravia – everything here is amazing, from the small nibbles to the vegetables and mozzarella cheese plates, to the yummy fish and meat selection…

Crate Brewery, The White building, Unit 7 Queens Yard, Hackney – home made pizza and beer in an industrial-converted location.

E5 Bakehouse, Arch 395, Mentmore Terrace, East London – an artisan bakery and coffee shop. For lunch we love the smoked ham, mustard & cheese toasties, and the squash, carrot & cinnamon soup will warm up your heart if it gets too cold outside.

Story Deli, 123 Bethnal Green Road, Bethnal Green – Amazing Pizzas. Our favorite is the FICO pizza with goat’s cheese, fig & olive tapenade, fresh red onions, capers & thyme, fresh salad leaves, parma ham and balsamic aged vinegar. Delicious!

Meat liquor, 74 Welbeck Street – burger, beers and cocktails.
